About Saf Viet
Saf-Viet is a subsidiary of Lesaffre Group, specialising in providing high- quality yeast and baking ingredients. Established in 1999, Saf-Viet is part of the collaboration between Lesaffre Group and Cat Tuong. Since then, the partnership has been expanded to include two sales offices, a local production facility, and a Baking Center™ in Vietnam.
The presence of Lesaffre’s Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore allows Saf-Viet to work closely with bakers and customers in this region. Leveraging on the group’s extensive knowledge and expertise, Lesaffre’s mission is to deliver quality and innovative baking solutions to bakers, from industrial bakeries and chain bakeries to home bakers.
